Unasked is a service that is much like Yahoo Answers. Users of the site ask a question, and the other users of the site do their best to answer them. The more correct answers you give, the higher your “ranking” is on the website.
While you can post links when you answer your questions, they are 100% nofollow (just like Yahoo Answers), thus making answering questions useless for linking purposes. However, every question you answer links to your profile where you can set your own homepage with a dofollow anchor text link. If you want to build one more link to your site, sign up at Unasked.com and then answer a question or two so that your profile page will get indexed quickly, and enjoy the extra unique backlink.

I did a quick search and one question posted 159 days ago was still accepting answers. I’ll have to look into the criteria. Regardless, it appears to be a good place for a link.

Wow, this is a great idea… I have written on my blog about adding your link to all of your online profiles. This is one of the places to have a profile where each time you contribute, you increase the backlinks to the page that has a backlink to your page.

This is a great site but it hardly gets as much traffic as Yahoo does. It is less saturated with ads though.
