Weekend Updates

I just wanted to send off a quick message to let everyone know what is happening around here lately.

The most obvious change is that I moved my domain from MixedMarketArts.com to CollinLaHay.com.  I had a friend of mine redirect the domains. I was going to have him add a few plug ins at the same time, however, he accidentally deleted my entire site…. (Whoops?).  At any rate, I have the most recent backup in place, but all of my plug ins were disabled since I am using an older backup of my theme.

I have a ton of stuff to re-enable to get my blog back to where it was, so thanks to everyone who reported that my URL’s were too long and were breaking into my category’s area, I AM aware of that.  I have tons of fixes to do over the next few days and will hopefully be nearly fully functional by Monday.

I will let everyone know when all of the theme-backup errors have been patched.  Until then, have a good one.

I would have been upset with that. At least you have some backups. I would suggest backing up your entire site on a daily or weekly basis. I can give you a PHP script I wrote that will zip/tar your entire site, mysql, etc and store it on your server.

Let me know bud!

How in the heck do you accidentally delete an entire site? Also, are you still friends? :)
