Niche Store Update

It has been a little over a week since my introductory post letting you know that I was setting up my first niche store. Well, the site is now around two weeks old and has hit a major milestone.

I have sold three Super Nintendo Console’s (some including games), and with the 7 day cookie that the Ebay affiliate network provides, I have made three totally unrelated sales (cell phone battery, A Disney movie, and some skin care cream).

Long story short, the big news that I wanted to share with you is that I have earned $6.85 in commission from the Pepperjam ebay program on my Super Nintendo Console website.

Some of you may be thinking… “Collin, you make thousands of dollars on the web, who the heck cares about a measly $6.85?” Well, to the untrained eye that may be a valid question, but the way niche stores operate is that the total setup cost is only the $7 per year it takes to register a domain (for each niche). All of the sales from every niche store generally come from organic Google, so you can easily setup a network of sites and earn a lot of money for only a $7 investment. Long story short, I have pretty much made back the entire cost of the domain for a year, and now I have over 11 months of pure profit for that one niche store. To make the matter even sweeter, I also have not even touched the site since I last posted about it… I have literally neglected work on the site and it still has already paid for itself in under 10% of the time it is paid for. The site has very few links and the setup process could be improved and replicated very easy. If I wanted to spend a bit of time optimizing it, I bet I could get the store to be doing $50+ per month. Now imagine the power of setting up 100 niche stores all on random keywords like I did for only a $7 per year investment.

If my little 2 hour profitable case study doesn’t make you want to buy the Build A Niche Store software to start earning money right now, then I don’t know if I can help you! Ebay pays a base percentage commission, and I am selling $2-70 items and have already earned a profit and have over 11 months worth of pure profit… just imagine how much money you could earn yourself if you had an optimized site selling $300 bicycles instead of low end video games…

Plus… for the untrained eye, it may seem like a measly $7.65… but you’ve already done all of the hardwork for the site…. you just have to sit back and let cash come in. Making $3000-13000 making and building sites is nice, but it requires work and money to start with.

Like you said, it costs $7, and the BANS software… if someone isn’t willing to invest $100 in an internet business… they probably shouldn’t be trying to be in business. Or, they could fill out 2847 surveys to make the $100 and buy the sites.

Congrats on the earnings….

I am having alternative. I do wish to have BANS but the price is not very good at the moment, and I think customizing the code is impossible.

Yes, I agree, BANS have a lot of advantages. It also is very easy for people who has no programming experience.

But on the other hand, BANS sites are really getting BANned by Google. I suggest people to buy this product too, but they should use it with care.

You are saying “little” effort, but I feel like you get that achievement via the success of Mixedmarketarts.com.

Am I saying anything wrong?

I will be making some niche sites that I don’t mention here and will let you know if they break even as well.

Hi Collin..i see that you are #3 for the keyword “super nintendo console”..Congrats

But the main thing is How Much Traffic Do You Get?

I see that google adwords tool shows 22k searches per month for this term. So what is your traffic?? And the conversion rate??

Congrats on your success so far. I’m sure with more time you’ll be making way more than that, especially if you are ranked so high for a high traffic keyword.

Collin,

Great site but have you heard of phpbay?? I just did a blog post about it. I wish I had found it before BANS because it’s a wordpress plugin, Which makes easier to display content.

I wish you success with your site!

Yeah but I have found that BANS has a higher conversion rate. More people are quickly inclined to click on ads instead of reading paragraphs of content.
