Control Your Online Presence with LookupPage

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed or get your blog updates by email. Thanks for visiting!

Back in August I made a post about LookupPage explaining that it was an excellent website that you could use to expand your link popularity. Well, Udi Drezner and I have been talking via email for awhile now and I now have a 10% coupon code for anyone interested in the professional package.

The coupon code for CollinLaHay.com readers is bud4c5.

You can see a live example of a premium LookupPage account by searching Google for my name, Collin LaHay. You can see CollinLaHay.net ranks pretty well for being such a simple page, and you can also see they even provide a little Adwords budget for my name. I get emails every day from LookupPage telling me who visited my page, and from what country they are from. The long story short is that not only is LookupPage great for link building, but it can be a great way to increase website traffic as well.

I am not big on sales pitches, but Udi provided me one, so for those who aren’t sold already, here is how LookupPage explains their premium service:

—-

Ever searched your name online and wished you owned the top positioning of Google, Yahoo, and MSN Live search results?

Considering the fact that the second most popular search criterion on the web is searching for a person’s professional background (Pew Internet American Life Project) – it may get you thinking that it’s time to create and manage your web presence.

In addition, according to YouGov, a public policy and market research consulting company, 59% of employers have used information online to dictate their decision for recruiting potential employees.

Similarly, over 20% of employers found information online that was not volunteered by an individual (often this may not be factual at all).

The people at LookupPage came out with the idea of developing an easy-to-use tool for people to create, enhance and manage their online presence.

In addition, they were able to give an exclusive 10% discount promotion code to the readers of CollinLaHay.com.

Everyone can start off with a free package, which means creating your own LookupPage in minutes, and posting it online with the click of a finger.

For the business professionals seeking to take control of their online identity, LookupPage has introduced the Professional package with advanced features such as (I use for example, Mark Guymer, the managing director of LookupPage):

  1. Guaranteed search engine top rankings and personalized name-based domain for your page. You can Google Mark Guymer to see the results:

  1. Enhanced statistics and conversion tracking with full access to your LookupPage visitor info:

    1. When was your page visited?

    2. Which website referred them to your page?

    3. Where do your visitors come from?

    4. What search terms did they use in order to find you?

    5. How many visitors were converted into business leads?

  1. And much more. Click here to see all of the professional package features.

To gain access to all of these feature using the 10% discount code (for less than $7.5 a month) simply:

  1. Signup to LookupPage for free.

  2. Enter and save your personal and business details,

  3. Go to the My Account tab, click on the Upgrade/Renew subscription link, and use promotion code: bud4c5

Overall, we find LookupPage as an efficient and very easy to use service, providing a lot of benefits for an affordable subscription fee.

I like the way you can get the professional features at Naymz for FREE, simply by maintaining a score of “10″ at the site. Too bad “Lookup Page” hasn’t adopted the same model….Naymz appears to be taking the lead in this market.

The advanced features of Naymz aren’t free and in their paid service you get a lot less than lookuppage and it also costs more. In addition, they make profiles without the user consent which makes them look “bigger”, for example: http://www.naymz.com/search/cyrus/barghi/771898

Thanks for sharing this Collin. It seems like a great place to be. I was already on websites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, CrunchBase and Naymz but I never heard of LookupPage before.

This is an amazing service. I always used LinkedIn in the same kind of way but this seems better.
