If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed or get your blog updates by email. Thanks for visiting!
I just wanted to send off a quick message to let everyone know what is happening around here lately.
The most obvious change is that I moved my domain from MixedMarketArts.com to CollinLaHay.com. I had a friend of mine redirect the domains. I was going to have him add a few plug ins at the same time, however, he accidentally deleted my entire site…. (Whoops?). At any rate, I have the most recent backup in place, but all of my plug ins were disabled since I am using an older backup of my theme.

Jason Henderson, one of the other contestants on the Top Affiliate Challenge is running a large blog contest on his site. I don’t enter a lot of blog contests because the prizes usually aren’t worth the time it takes to write a post. However, Jason has gotten a ton of private consultants sponsoring their time as prizes for the contest (as well as a ton of other crappy prizes that all contests have!).
If you check out Jason’s blog contest, you can see that there isn’t too much fluff that you normally see in cheap blog contests. This post is my entry/attempt at winning something useful for once!

Today marked my last day of high school. I am heading out to the graduation ceremony in a few minutes, but I just wanted to give a quick heads up for those who were wondering where I have been. I have lots to catch up on next week, but for now I am taking it easy.
Have a great week.

Update: Thanks to everyone that voted, although being behind 48 hours stopped me from getting into the final 8, however I was in the 93rd percentile, only a few votes away from ranking. There is always next month.
Although I am 19 days behind submitting one of my biggest startup ideas to IdeaBlob ($10,000 grant for the most popular business startup idea), I figured it was better late than never. I am going to need a lot of votes in a very little amount of time if I want to get into the $10,000 finalist round like I did last Thanksgiving with my rssHugger idea.

As many of you have noticed, I have only had two blog posts in the last 11 days, one of which was a guest post. I wanted to make a quick blog post to let everyone know why I have slowed down my blogging schedule.
- I have been spending a ton of time learning affiliate marketing with NeverBlue Ads.
- I am auditioning for the Top Affiliate Challenge (Detailed post coming soon, for now, vote me a 10!).
- One of my new startup websites is nearing completion (I will write a detailed post letting all my readers get a first hand look before the site goes public).

This is a quick follow post about Sitehoppin, which I have previously written about.
SiteHoppin is, in short, a browser-in-a-browser which lets you visit websites based on tags and categories. You can submit your site, tag it, and rate it a five - afterwards, people that use SiteHoppin will sometimes be directed towards your site. I’ve consistently been receiving 2-3 visits per day since adding my site.
